Payment terms and conditions The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on our web site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. All prices are in £ sterling.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 -4 days of order. However some items may take longer. You will be advised of any delay.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your order.
When you place an order with us you will initially enter your personal details, including shipping address, contact details, and e-mail address before being transferred to the Actinic secure website where you will be asked for payment details (which uses 1024 bit SSL). Your payment details are temporarily held securely and transferred to us encrypted so that we can process the payment. On successful completion of the transaction you will automatically be transferred back to our home page.
We will take all care within our power to keep your order and personal details secure.
Shipping and Returns We currently use the Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all our shipping requirements.

Shipping charge to the UK, Ireland and The Channel Islands is dependant on the total order amount.
Orders up to 50.00 - £4.50 per order
Orders Over £50.00 - £3.50 per order
Shipping outside of UK
Flat rate of £70.00 per Order
Our returns Policy Should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will provide a free of charge replacement or full refund for the lost/damaged items. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt. We may ask for a photograph or return of the items in way of proof.
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange any items or return them for a refund then we ask you to contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Provided the goods are returned to us in an unused, saleable condition, with the original packaging we will fully refund the price of the items along with the outgoing delivery cost.
